CCG & Equipment Distribution Supervisor.

Must be able to drive and have a reliable car,  be able to travel  throughout the UK. Will be working with a team of experienced equipment handlers. You will be required to identify accurately all customer requirements, including CCG, tables, chairs, podiums, chafing dishes etc. Must be physically fit, and  have a good    customer service skills, as you will be working to a dead line in a stressful environment. Sense of humour and being able to deal with part time officials a must. The person must be logistics orientated and have a good working knowledge of health and safety. To Apply

 

Restaurant & Hospitality Supervisors for national Racing venues.

Responsible for the staff  working in a restaurant,  hospitality area, private box. Must have excellent communication skills and to be comfortable dealing with all members of the public. May be required to take orders from the customers Must have knowledge of food accompaniments. Serve food and wine correctly to customers. Must be conversant with billing, credit cards and PDQ’s. Will be required to clear down and pack away at the end of the event, table lay up and ensure that tables are laid correctly for the following day. must have a good understanding of spoken and written English To Apply

 

 

Silver Service Waiting

Responsible to a supervisor, team leader or head waiter, working in a restaurant or hospitality area. Assist with table lay up and ensure that tables are laid correctly for the following day. Must have knowledge of food accompaniments. Serve food correctly to customers. Serve Wine to customers. Clear down and pack away at the end of the event. Restaurant Waiting.

Porters.

Responsible to a supervisor, team leader working in all areas of an event site. Assist with the distribution of liquor, food, stock, furniture and equipment around the site observing all health and safety and manual handling regulations at all times. Empty bins as necessary and correctly dispose of all breakages and spillages immediately. Assist with table clearing where necessary. Assist with washing up as required. To Apply

 

Bar staff (must be over 18 years of age)

Responsible to a supervisor, team leader,  working in a restaurant,  hospitality area, private box or public bar. Serve drinks, including wine, champagne and draught beers, ensuring the correct measures are used and correct prices charged. Must be able to handle cash competently and be able to use electronic tills. Assist with table clearing, keeping the bar and area clean & set up for subsequent events. Catering Assistant.

Responsible to a supervisor, team leader . Working in a Public food area. Ensure all food counter areas and customer areas are kept clean and tidy. Must be able to handle cash competently and use electronic tills. Serve sandwiches, hot food, soft drinks, teas and coffees. ensuring all items are    prepared and served at the correct standard. Ensure all items for sale are presented attractively for customers to choose from. Wash up and Kitchen Porter.

Responsible to a supervisor, team leader, or chef, working in all areas of the site. Washing heavy duty pots and pans, cutlery, crockery and glass ware. Remove refuse and waste to the waste disposal area. Cleaning down all work areas at the end of each day. Sweeping and mopping of floors of work areas at the end of each day. Work safely in wet areas. Table Clearer

Responsible to a supervisor, team leader, working in public bar and food areas of the site. Clean & set up all tables, chairs, ashtrays etc prior to opening. Collect non disposable glasses, crockery & cutlery and deliver to wash up area. Collect and dispose of all rubbish including disposable glassware, crockery and cutlery in a safe and hygienic manner. Collect, clean and replace ashtrays where  applicable. Clean tables and other surfaces using appropriate materials. Prepare work areas for subsequent event days. To Apply
